If found guilty of a 1st offense DUI with no aggravating factors in Los Angeles County you would be facing:
- 3-9 month alcohol & drug program
- Up to $1,800 in fines
- 48 hours to 6 months of time spent in jail
- 6-10 months of having your drivers license suspended
- 3-5 years DUI probation
