If found guilty of a DUI Felony with injury in Los Angeles County you would be facing

• 16 months to 10 years in a California State Prison facility and a possible consecutive 1-6 year prison sentence, depending on a 1) how many people you injured, and 2) the extent of the injures they suffered as a result of your actions
